How Long Does It Take?
On average, it takes approximately 3 - 4 weeks to return your media.
You will receive email updates throughout the process to let you know the status of your photos, videos, and audio!
Will My Personal Belongings Be Safe?
Absolutely! When you fill out your order form, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to send your package to us. You can also order a Wiise Capsule safe media shipping kit which comes with bubble wrap and anti-static / waterproof bags for an extra layer of protection.

Do I get my original memories back?
Of course!!! We will send all your original media back along with any additional media that you ordered from us such as DVDs, Flashdrives, CDs, etc.
